Rules & Standards for Livestreams

Version: 1.1

Version Date: 1 September 2024

1. General Rules

  • If you schedule a livestream, run it: If a seller schedules a livestream, they are expected to run the livestream on the date and time indicated when scheduling the livestream.
⚠️ Important Note: Fanmeka will clear all scheduled livestreams if they have not been operated within two hours following the scheduled date and time.

2. Live Stream Auction Rules

Here are the key rules for each auction on Fanmeka:

  • If you schedule a livestream, run it: If a seller schedules a livestream,, they are expected to run the livestream on the date and time chosen when scheduling the livestream. Fanmeka will clear all scheduled livestreams if they have not been operated within two hours of the scheduled date and time.
  • You bid, you buy: The integrity of Fanmeka is critical to our community - if you bid on something you should be prepared to buy it. If, having won an item in an auction, you file a chargeback, or cancel the purchase you will, without fail, be permanently banned from Fanmeka.
  • You auction, you sell: Similarly, if you auction an item, you should ensure that you are committed to selling the item. Where a seller does not honour an auction and does not ship the item to the winner of the auction, that seller will be permanently banned, without fail.
  • Clear errors or glitches: If there's been a clear error by a buyer or seller (e.g. buyer bidding €1,050 instead of €50), Fanmeka reserves the right to cancel the original auction, and the item can be re-auctioned.
  • No bidding up prices: You can only bid if you want an item. Any evidence of bidding up prices will result in a permanent ban, without fail. Fanmeka has automated market surveillance mechanisms in place to monitor for this type of behaviour.
