1. Introduction

To keep Fanmeka safe and provide a great experience for our community, we have the following guidelines and requirements for listings on Fanmeka. Anything that is listed that may compromise the integrity of the platform, is not allowed.

The following is not permitted in any listings on Fanmeka (including auction listings and Buy-It-Now (”BIN”) listings):

• Non-sport related listings: Fanmeka is a global community of sports fanatics. All listings on Fanmeka must relate to a sport (i.e. Football, NBA, NFL, UFC, MLB, Cricket, Tennis, Golf, Boxing and Sneakers) and ideally a product category (i.e. Autographs, Balls, Bats, Boots, Boots (Match Worn), Caps, Caps (Game Worn), Gloves, Gloves (Fight Worn), Helmets, Helmets (Game Worn), Jerseys, Jerseys (Match Worn), Match / Game / Event Programmes, Rackets, Shoes, Shoes (Match Worn), and Trading Cards.
• No item listed: Live streams with no item listed. All livestreams must offer at least one item for sale, either via auction or fixed price sale.
• Keywords in listings: Listings must not contain popular keywords not relevant to the listing for the purposes of gaining unfair visibility in search results.
• Clickbait content: Listings must not contain images, links, titles or descriptions that mislead users for the purpose of drawing attention to, or promoting, a different item, or leading users off the platform.
• Violates our policies: Listings that violate our Community Guidelines, or our IP Policy.

2. Listing Requirements

The following requirements apply to all Fanmeka listings:

• No solicitations for tips or sponsorship: Solicitations for tips, donations, or to sponsor a seller’s live streams or giveaways are strictly prohibited.

2.1 Authenticity

• Proof / Certificates of Authenticity: Trustworthiness, honesty and integrity are of the utmost importance to the Fanmeka community. Given the nature of the products traded on Fanmeka, we strongly recommend that the authenticity of items, specifically those containing autographs or those claimed to be “match / game worn”, be evidenced by appropriate proof / certificates of authenticity by sellers. Equally, we do not recommend buyers to purchase items without certification of authenticity.
• There are many reputable providers of authentication services, including JSA (US), PSA (US), Beckett (US), KCA (US), TCCA (UK), and COA Sports Authentic Memorabilia (GER).
• Fanmeka will endeavour to establish partnerships with external third party authentication specialists to enhance the integrity of the platform. As and when these partnerships are established, we strongly recommend sellers to utilise these services.

2.2 Photo / Demonstration Requirements

• Photo(s) / display of actual item: Listings / live streams must contain photos / displays of the actual item being offered for sale. Listings that do not contain any photos, or only contain stock photos, are not permitted. Live streams during which the item(s) for sale is / are not visibly displayed and demonstrated are not permitted. You must ensure you comply with our IP Policy at all times.

2.3 Description & Title Requirements

• Accurate listing description: The listing description and title must accurately represent the item being sold, including all product details and attributes that correctly describe the product’s condition. The description must refer only to the item for sale.
• Category: Listings must be listed in the correct Fanmeka category.
• Pricing: Listing prices must not be obviously unreasonable, whether priced at an extreme high or low.
